Advice/Suggestions for new rig please.

Hi,
This would be my second build for myself. I'm relatively new to this so I've come here for some advice.

Looking for a reasonably fast rig as I'll probably be getting a few of the big games coming out later this year. I'll also be adding some extra stuff later for HD Video recording from my PS3. Which means I'll be doing HD Video editing too.
I have limited knowledge/experience with OCÃ*ng but I plan to atleast do a little bit with this one.

This is what I've come up with so far:
M/B: Asus P6X58D-E
CPU: Core i7-960
RAM: Corsair CMP12GX3M3A1600C9 12GB (3x4GB) Dominator
GPU: GTX580 Asus Direct CU II
HDD for OS: OCZ Vertex 3 60B
HDD for Games: OCZ Vertec 3 240GB
HDD for Storage: Seagate 2Tb x2 RAID0
PSU: Antec HCG 900w
Case: Antec DF-85
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Silver Arrow

Is 60GB enough for the OS (Win7 64bit) and my programs? Currently using ~25Gb for that stuff so I thought it should be.
I'm not sure about the RAM, I did a little research and that one seemed to come up a bit (couldn't tell you where I found that out from though, don't remember.)
Considering a different brand of the GPU, that one seems a little big taking up 3 slots.
I already have a 1.5TB HDD that's almost full, that's why I've gone for so much here.
Is that PSU enough for this and maybe to add a couple more HDD's and a GPU in the future?
I'd like a case with good airflow, big enough to fit thos bigger GPU's in and that big CPU cooler. Good cable management would be nice (current case is a mess with cables) as well as a decent looking one.
I'll be adding 2xSamsung F3 1Tb RAID0 later for recording from my PS3 with a Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle.

Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
(Sorry I know this was a little long winded)

1st thing first, why do you go for a last gen Intel build, when you can go for a faster, cheaper Sandy Bridge build?

Get a p67 Sabertooth and a 2600k,

6Gb of RAM (is enough),

Thermalright Silber Arrow is fine (consider the H100 though),

SSDs is fine (60 Gb is enough for boot but if you plan to add on the 25Gb it might be pushing it a little),

GTX 580 (would recommend a Lightning instead cos the Direct CuII is a triple slot, no point unless you are a crazy overclocker, affecting expandability depending on mobo and resalibility),

900W PSU is fine for Sli and the HDDs, just dun do crazy overclocks on the DCII

HAFX for a case is my all time recommendation (great stock cooling, great upgrade options, space for rad, and probably the largest case you can get for the price) -See which case can you get for cheaper, the Antec is fine as well tbh.

At this point of time, forget the 1366, look at the 1155 chips, they OC better, cheaper and use less power and less heat. Get the K versions. (This comes from a i7 960 user. look at my sig)

I recommend what sloppyjoe123 says, the core i5 2500k or i7 2600k would be a much better option. It overclocks better too 6GB is plenty of ram if you stay with the i7 960

Ok I've taken most of sloppyjoe123's suggestions, plus did a little research and come up wth this:

Asus P8Z68-V PRO
Core i7-2600k
G.Skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM (2x4GB) DDR3
GTX580 MSI Lightning
OCZ Vertex 3 120gb
OCZ Vertec 3 240GB
Seagate SATA3 2Tb x2
Antec HCG 900w
Cooler Master HAF X
Thermalright Silver Arrow

I've gone with the P8Z68-V Pro because it's is only very slightly more exspensive and seems to have alot more features.

The 2600k over the 2500k because it's better for HD Video editing.

8GB of RAM because I could only find 2x4, no 2x3. (2 extra can't hurt I guess.)

Gone with 120GB instead of 60GB. It was 25GB for Windows folder+Programs folder (minus any games). But yeah, I realize it won't take much more to fill it over half way.

Edit: Changed to the HAF X, isn't as much more exspensive as I orignally thought.

After a little research (did pretty much none on this before) I also agree with sloppyjoe123.

Thanks for your quick reply guys! How's it look now?
