Do the people who agree with Blizzard's justification of this also realize that both WoW and Starcraft 2 have Eyefinity support? How does that make those games fair and balanced?

And why does a $20 indie title like Torchlight launch with mod tools and Eyefinity support while multi-million dollar Blizzard gives you Ubisoft DRM instead?

im guessing all of you guys are mad to see diablo cut out the multiscreen/resolution features that was present in diablo 2?
As long as I get to play at a resolution higher than 800x600, it's okay with me.

^ This.

At this point, Diablo 3 has taken so much time to develop, that it's now underdeveloped by today's standards. It's running on subpar graphics and with every given additional piece of bad news which seems to increase daily, the game play itself seems to become increasingly subpar.

It sounds like Duke Nukem at this point.

they could always port it to consoles, where this game will probably sell like hotcakes.

LOL! @ the people complaining about this and don't even have eyefinity/surround. people will complain just to complain till the end of time. it's not the end of the world. i'll complain if the story sucks.

Anyway, there's such a small group of people who plays games using Eyefinity/3D Surround that it doesn't really matter if they won't buy the game or whatever, cause it's too small of a demographic to cater to.

Truth be told, the reason we have Eyefinity/3D Surround around is for the GPU makers to sell more card, cause the setup that works on 1 monitor will struggle on 3. As for the benefits it offers over traditional 1 monitor setup is a matter of opinion.

Blizzard have yet to release a game that won;t sell like hotcakes, and no matter the haters there's a reason for that. Sure, some decision may be not really good in the consumers eye, but even in this condition the value that Blizzard games provide is just amazing comparing to other devs. When spealinf specifically about Diablo style RPGs, sure Torchlight is a nice game, tho it doesn't come close to being 1/10th as good as D2 with was released in 2000. Torchlight 2 is problaly will be worth the money and pack a good value, if it won't have anything against D3.
