If it's the TX850 V2 and not the original, then they're the same unit inside the case.

Between the original Corsair TX850 "V1" and that XFX, get the XFX.
Between the Corsair TX850 V2 and that XFX, you can get whichever you prefer, they are identical PSUs. The XFX tends to be cheaper, but Corsair has better customer service if you need it.

Are they really the same? Do they have the same performance?

I checked hardocp and their rating is not that great at all.

Get the Corsair.I just rma'ed a tx950 and the whole rma process was easy.They did not ask for anything but the psu returned to check out.I have a tx850 also and a rock solid psu.

I've got the TX850 it hasn't given me any issues been working great.
