Best Fans for the Lian Li K 57 case?

Here is my case, the stock fans are terrible at cooling. What do you guys think is the best fan type and setup for it?

90% of the time (or more) fans that come with the case are awful.
There is no best fan really its more preferance to what colour you want it etc, if you go on sites like:
newegg
scan
ebuddy
or even amazon
choose a fan from there and just look at reviews, generally the cheapest ones are worse but for a good one you can't really pay over 10£ ($16)

I was looking at newegg a lot and it seems like there is very little choice for 140 mm fans. Whats the deal with that. Well anyways it seems like I can just go by this thread. http://www.overclock.net/air-cooling...ssistance.html

edit: will the TY-140 fan fit in the front 2 fan bays? It says 120 mm mounting holes
