At the risk of upsetting the flow of the thread (heaven forbid) I thought I would interject a couple WASD things:
1- Several people on Geekhack have received keyboards and are VERY happy and promise reviews in a couple days.
2- I've now been to WASD Keyboards, and I can report that Weyman is real, not a Comp-Bot, and a really nice, heartfelt person.
3- The operation is simple, clean, focused, and built so that it can upscale as the direction and market is established.
4- Now that I've been there, it's obvious they are a service organization, not a keyboard factory. Important distinction.
5- A lot of keyboards have been shipped this week (I got to see some of your boards, let me tell you, they look great) so by the end of next week there should be a sampling of even more people posting pics of their new babies for everyone to drool over.
WASD Keyboards takes an actual photo of every keyboard they make. Is that pride or what?
