It seems like the Lase Engraved keys will become the new "default" isn't that right? Do you expect the Laser Engraved keys will be more popular than the plain Etched ones?
Laser engraved = older style (no fill, no contrast)
Laser etched = newer style (contrasting mark)

Laser etched is the default. I added a lot more info on the Custom Designer page to make sure there isn't any confusion between before an order is place.

I can't really say which one will be more popular. I'm assuming the laser etched will be slightly more popular. Also, custom text on your keys wouldn't be all that cool if you can't really see it. There is still, of course, demand for engraved and blank versions. I also had people asking for both etching and engraving on the same keyboard for QWERTY/Dvorak users.

If WASD ever gets into the backlit TKL realm, I'll jump all over it.

No ETA. Development and tooling process takes about 6 months, and also very expensive. Hopefully, we will get enough money to start development in Q2-2012 which would mean they would be available late Q4 2012.

This is of course, just speculation. It definitely won't be earlier, but if sales not are where they need to be, then it will get pushed back.

Well, at least you are aware of people wanting them (unlike Ducky ).

I have a second question if you'd be so kind. You may not get asked this as often and I am a bit confused.

I am planning on ordering three sets of Colemak keys. I am wondering what you do regarding the F & J bumps for hand placement.

If I order a Colemak set, are bumps placed on T & N? Do I need to tell you to add them or do I purchase them myself?

Oh, and just to make sure, the Colemak set's Profile is Sloped high (top row) to low (bottom row), correct?

Thank you so much.
