WASD takes pictures of all the custom keyboards they send out besides a few from the start that they didn't get a chance to photograph.

Ok I got my semi custom board today, its pretty awesome to say the least. But the numlock LED is not working... Its a relatively minor problem but I paid over $180 USD shipped, so I'm a bit gutted. I'll email him and see what he says about it, from what I've heard the owner is great to deal with.

I could be wrong, but I believe I remember hearing that they planned on having a tenkeyless board around the end of next year. If so, I'll have a WASD keyboard in about a year. smile.gif

My WASD keyboard just came in and I have to say it is the nicest keyboard I have ever used. Feels great on my phalanges and I don't think I am ever going back to the old cheap keyboards. I am guessing that this keyboard will last me at least a good ten years. thumb.gif

I'd say an easy 5, Cherry MX switches do wear out, but that really depends on how much you use them. We've found plenty of early 90's boards with MX switches still working. As well as much older Alps based keyboards. thumb.gif

Glad you like the board. I still have the WASD v1 sitting in the corner of my room. While it's not the Daily Driver for me, it's definitely one of the nicest boards I've owned.

That is actually the model I have V1, with Cherry MX Black mechanical switches. Got the green spacebar, WASD keys and a red Escape key. I love it. kinda pricey but considering it'll last so long it doesn't bother me. Oh and it is my daily driver.
