If i put these at 1866mhz can i get it to cas 7 or 8?

Yea, you could probably hit CAS8 or so with 1.6v at 1866MHz.

Underclock will never fail. Never heard about that.
I would go with the 2133ish ones. CAS 8 should be no problem.
Maybe you could also lower the voltage.

Going from CAS11 to CAS8 wont happen.

My suggestion is, if you want to run 1866MHz memory, then buy some DDR3-1866

If you have to have tighter timings for 2133MHz then you could spend more and get these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231435
