EVGA GTX 570 Classified Question

Thread Starter
Does anyone have the card?

How does it perform(fps wise) in games like BFBC2, Crysis 2, TF2, CSS, Dirt 3, and Metro 2033?

What type of box did it come in?

Does this card have any cons?

Well, it's a GTX 570 so go look up other reviews on GTX 570s, you will see how performance is. I would assume the box looks like it does on Newegg. No cons really, it's got the improved 6 phase VRM, so don't worry about pushing the voltage and overclocking it!

Bad Company 2: http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-570-review/13
^Fantastic frames at 1080p, still playable at max settings even at 2560x1600

Metro 2033: http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-570-review/16
^At 1080p you're gonna have a rough time maxing out, but turn things down a little bit and you'll be okay. Every card struggles with this game, it's poorly optimized.

With a single 470 overclocked I get good frames in crysis 2 maxed, so the 570 will be more than enough

It'll be way more than enough for tf2 or CSS at any resolution. great card!

the 570's are great cards, and it's the Classified one so you should be goo to go where VRM's are concerned

The main reason why I lean towards the 570 was because I did not want to justify paying for a 580, since the classified has better components you can overclock it to 900mhz and that would be enough and also be right there with the 580.

Can anyone of you show me a pic of bfbc2 fully maxed with a 570, like just go up to a building or a bush and take a screenshot? Thank you.

Can anyone help this man? I'd also like to see it maxed and how it runs.

I on the other hand was going to buy a GTX560 Ti, but I pushed (and pushed and pushed and...) for the GTX570, as a sort of futureproofing attempt. So far so good - I play on lowish resolutions so I can crank up the detail settings a bit more. Screen real estate is not that important to me, but the larger VRAM of the 570 is what sold me over the 560Ti. And also, the GTX570 HD I have matches the red LED's on my case

You sound like you could help this guy(op),can you put up some screen shots to prove that stability for him(950 core) and your FPS in some of the games he asked.

started a review, emphasis on started.... Will run more benchmarks and whatnot later after work or tmrw.

Uped the voltage to 1.1v because of a few minor problems
