It says it will only work with Intel P67, Phenom II/Llano platforms only, is that absolute or its possible to use on any AMD build?

You can use it with AMD of course. But because of AM3 socket orientation many CPU coolers don't fit with RAM like the ripjaws due to heatsink height.

I already know what heatsinks fit or not, stock cooling on that small 80mm fan should do fine for me sense im not overclocking, etc. This deal is to good to pass on.
