good speakers for around $50-70 max

Thread Starter

I want to use them for gaming and maybe music dont need anything spectacular right now there is a %50 discount on the online deals forum for logitech products so i was looking at these http://www.logitech.com/en-us/speake...s/devices/5861
Also i saw these on amazon and read they were pretty good

Which of those 2 would be better and is there anything else you would recommend? I really wanna stay tight on my budget so nothing above $70 unless its like some spectacular crazy killer deal that i just cant pass up

Most popular? Yes. Best? No
At that range you're really limiting yourself; for a little more you could get the excellent M10 or ProMedia speakers, but a budget is a budget.
I'd probably look into these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...scrollFullInfo to be honest.

Had gone with the Edifier 1900TII set up for my niece with awesome results so maybe hit the junior model 1200T @ $50?

For $50 and not being made to sound like a joke when compared to something like M-Audio AV40 can't be a bad buy me thinks hehe

Not bad speakers the Edifier R1200T for $50 bucks.

I would say go with:
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/psho...00-380&scqty=1
+
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/psho...00-652&scqty=1

But it may put you a FEW bucks over budget.

You could down the amp a little bit to:
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/psho...10-300&scqty=1

I think the DTA-1 is better

Edifier and Altec Lansing has some good speaker solutions for that price, if I recall. Check them out. If I rmb the Altec Octane 2.1 is a pretty good speaker set.
