well i get 60 fps in all games basically, but i dont want it to drop to 50 - 40 fps, it's annoying. Fable III drops as low as 30 fps and its ridiculous.

Thats already a pretty high end system. Its gonna play Skyrim and BF3 easy. Save your money right now, maybe invest in an IPS monitor, pickup an SSD, then put the rest of the money to a Kepler GPU and a Ivy Bridge CPU when they launch. Or get a second 590 and don't worry about another GPU for the next 4 years.

will two 590's and i5 2500k ocd at 4.5ghz run on a Corsair 750W psu?
2x 590's and a 4.5 Sandy will run on a 1200w psu. *maybe, but not likely a 1000w

Don't listen to this EVGA fanboy.

All EVGA motherboards except for the SR2 are nothing but trash, offerings from ASUS, ASrock and Gigabyte easily perform better. Also, their non-reference GPU's have terrible designs, perform badly and their reference GPU's are well, reference, that means that they will perform exactly the same as other reference cards from any other GPU manufacturer, eg: ASUS, MSI, Zotac.

Don't listen to him either.

A 1000w PSU will power 2x 590's, and your 2500K with lots of overclocking headroom easily. If you must go with 1200w, I recommend a Antec HCP 1200, the king of all kings.

But seriously, don't get another 590, stick with your current rig, Ivy and Kepler are just around the corner.

Agreed. You'll be happier in the long run. If you really want to upgrade your setup now, look into peripherals instead. Get yourself a highend soundcard and headphones/a beastly 2.1 setup, and a nice monitor in the mean time. Good mechanical keyboard and a snazzy mouse. Then yes, upgrade in about what? 4-5 months give or take and get your hands on the next-gen hardware.
