Worried about my temps

Hi all

I've had this current system for just under a year now and having some problems while running RIFT (MMO) i get random crashes/lockups or sometimes some weird looking graphics while playing.

Here's a pic from CPUID HW Monitor im not sure on the voltages but some of the temps are slightly worrying this is just running the computer for about an hour. The biggest one is the 87C on the motherboard? I ran FurMark and scored a 600 but didn't get any problems or lockups and the temp hit 55-56C (With the case open as my airflow doesn't seem that great with it closed).

furmark will not stress your cpu
try OCCT for 10min and post load temps

Okay i did the medium data set test with OCCT here are the results. CPU temp didn't really go any higher than 45C - TMPIN2 hit 108C should i be worried about that?

Biggest problem i have is when playing RIFT on high setting i get the freezes so maybe it's time for a new card?

Results after OCCT, after the last 4min monitoring temps when back to 36-37C and TMPIN2 back to 86C.

Just ran the OCCT GPU test and it hit 61C after 90seconds and screen went black until reboot
