It's one of the best for the price. I have three of that exact model. It's a little on the slow side in-terms of response time though at ~5.8ms in some reviews compared to some of the other ones that are closer to 2ms.

I'd personally go with this one, same price, free shipping, it's LED backlit, and has a 2ms response time.

I know this wasn't your question, but the Dell U2311H for $229 (it's on sale right now) is quite amazing for gaming too. It has a slower response time (~13ms) but its ghosting is comparable to many 3ms TN panels and yet it's an IPS with gorgeous colors and contrast.

Edit: switch the test in that link to input lag and gaming: best/worst result.
