If you intend to do a Socket 2011 upgrade with Ivy, then you might as well get a humble P67 or Z68 board to keep you for the rest of the year...

I honestly don't think either the Sabertooth or Fata1ty is worth it if you won't keep it for long. Or did you rather mean you will get a socket 1155 Ivy chips instead?

Get the Z68 if you require the onboard gpu and ssd caching or else just stick to a P67 mobo.

If its possible to use Ivy Bridge on those 1155 boards Id do that yes.

I'd say stick to the mobos munaim1 suggested. They'll be your best bang for the buck right now without spending excessively.
After all, you can always drop an SB-E into it and be happy
