What keyboard for me?

Thread Starter
Hello.

I need a new keyboard, i prefer mechanical. I program ever so often and occasionally i do play games like RIFT, some FPS etc.

I've looked at BlackWidow, SteelSeries SteelKeys 6G etc. But i'm having a hard time to choose, so i'm hoping you can help me

My budget is $77.76-$108.86 or €54.65-€76.51.

Thanks!

I think a Cherry MX Brown board would do you well. I program on an MX Blue board at work and an MX Brown board at home. I do most of my gaming on my MX Brown board though.

The Steelseries boards are all MX Black boards so they're more FPS gaming oriented but not really great for typing (FWIR).

Well, seems to be kinda hard to find a Cherry MX Brown Board for a reasonable price.

Yeah.. Or by 60 USD
As i live in Sweden and well, shipping from the U.S. is kinda expensive. As well that i want to have a swedish layout.

Seems like Leopold isn't available here.

DAS blue or brown could be good option if you can get student discount from them.
