Dead GPU?

Ok a few days ago i wrote here about getting black screens every now and again. Unfortunately things have gone from bad to even badder .

When i turn on the PC i get 1 beep followed by 3 fast beeps. Error code: VGA problem.

I remounted my waterblock and i got the same problem.

I remounted the stock aircooler and i got the same problem.

The core temp was always at 29c idle and about 38c when gaming. After the blackouts a few days ago i also tested the surface temp of the card around the different chips with in IR temperature monitor and all was well.

I've now packed up the card raedy to request an RMA, but thought i'd ask here if anyone had any ideas and if Zotac RMA is anygood here in scandinavia if anyone has dealt with them before?

Thanks people.

Oh, i'll take this opportunity to rant. Since i built this PC i've had to swap the mobo, SSD and now GPU....grrrr...

Zotac is one of the few companies that allows for after market cooling - you just have to return everything to stock before submitting an RMA - if you're having this many problems with components and water cooling, I might dare to suggest going back to air cooling

Only the CPU and GPU are watercooled. The motherboard had to be replaced due to the Sandy Bridge SATA bug and the SSD just died which is out of my control.

Good news about Zotac RMA at least.
