Not possible. You would reach heats higher than 62C and that would cause some instability.
How do I know? I have a 955 and tried doing that. Temps went up crazy and was unstable after an hour. You could do a very small OC though, probably to 3.4Ghz. Even then, you would reach higher temps.

Switched to a hyper 212+ and now I can do 4Ghz, anything higher is unstable though.

BE AWARE: THERE IS NO GARAUNTEE YOU CAN OC FROM 3.2GHZ to 4+ Ghz. Its just the luck of the draw mostly. Dont think you can just OC to 4ghz with any 955.

I just looked it up for you and if you're interested, a hyper 212+ would fit in your case if you remove the air duct. If you plan on overclocking your cpu, you would get way further using the 212+.

Stock cooling on the 140w edition took me to 3550,backed down to 3500 and perhaps in the weekend I get to 3600 now that I got new cooling

i wont advice you to oc it with stock cooler on, if you want to oc it you'll need to test for stability by using prime95 or any other program
use it now without oc and you'll see that your temps will reach near 60s

This is so wrong. There are so many variables, saying that is incredibly ignorant. You can easily OC on stock cooler, every chip is different, people have different airflows and ambient temperatures, etc.

Myself I've run my 1055T at 3.5ghz with load temps around 55C on the stock cooler and absolutely horrible airflow.

Stock cooling on a 140W 965 took me to 3.7Ghz fine.
Just make sure temps are within 62C.
What motherboard are you overclocking on?
