idle is 0.980v, load is 1.344 - 1.352. (this is using offset, it's stable with 1.31v manual but it bsod's because there isn't enough voltage when idle, hence why i have to bump it up a bit) which is part of the reason i'm considering using manual

prime blend gives 70*C at current room temp, ibt goes up to 75, and the new libraries make it touch 80

Not C1. Leave C1 enabled, but disable both C3 and C6.

With these 32nm CPUs, it's better to not have that 1.31V running through it "24/7". Plus, you just get higher idle temperatures which isn't good either.

sorry i didnt mean c1, i meant c3 and c6, they're already disabled and to get it stable with offset i have to use -0.020, which gives that horrendous +0.040 volts than needed under load,

i had a 2 day battle figuring all that out, and my choice is either 1.31manual or 1.35 with offset, there should be another option to lower the vcore whilst under load so i dont have to pump so much offset to keep idle stable

High, gives about 0.01v lower under load (ive been told this was the best setting),

extreme gives a high load vcore than idle, so i didn't use that,

using offset mode is the only way to get my voltage to downclock when idle, using manual keeps it at that constant setting,

what i mean is with manual i can put 1.31volts and it's stable, but the voltage wont decrease at idle,

with offset i have to make the load voltage be 1.35 in order for it to be stable at idle (and downvolt at idle)
