New video card, prime fails now on 2600k

Hi
Help would really be appreciated with this weird issue i have.
Specs:

2600K @ 4.5Ghz 1.36V Load line at 5 originally (i.e no LLC, LLC did not help lower vcore, poorest 2600K i've had or know about lol)
Asrock P67 PRO3
8GB G.Skill CL7 memory @ 1600mhz 7-8-7-24 1.59v (1.6v memory)
Audigy 2 ZS
DVD-RW
90GB Vertex 2E
1Tb Samsung F3
Originally HD5850 XFX
HX620 psu
Win 7 pro 64 bit

Now, recently i added a MSI 6950 Twinfrzr 3, another F3 1Tb, 300GB Seagate and 500gb WD Blue, all SATA ports are occupied, if that makes a difference. Its a B3 chipset so should have no SATA issues AFAIK.

The system was stable for 24hr prime and 100 runs of LINX (With Win7 sp1 so AVX etc.. supported)

Now i can usually do about 6-7hrs prime (even once did 25hrs but then BSOD on LINX after 10 runs) and then it BSODs with Code 124, temps never exceed 75C loaded, as i've got a Noctua NHD-14. I'm trying LLC level 3 now but expecting a BSOD, system was wiped and Windows reinstalled to rule that out.. no change. Can a cpu need more Vcore with a faster Gpu? I know Code 124 usually means that.. Memory passed overnight memtest, like 15 passes.

I'm blend testing at 1.365v and LLC 3 and it 'seems' to be holding now over 8hrs, its 31C in the house (yes, delibrately ) and not cracking 78C loaded.

Thanks in advance for any tips

could be psu is having too much power drawn from it? though that PSU should be fine me thinks

I had the same thoughts, though the HX620 is not really a multi rail psu, just one rail spilt i think with 18A overcurrent protection on each line? so it should be fine! Also the gpu is not loaded afaik with prime.. maybe the idle draw is higher and causing the voltages on the board to get a little flakey? or maybe i'm just talking waffle lol.
