450 runs ultra detail with max shadows at about 45fps, and you can get those for80$ now. Runs about 60-70 with low shadows.

go with MSI or Gigabyte, XFX warranty is crap
MSI and Gigabyte both have 3 year warranty and no registration required, they go by serial #

Thanks, few more questions:

Is GeForce GTX 460 SE better than a 6770?

And a 400w PSU should suffice correct?

I was thinking of getting something like this (tight budget):

If you could get a good deal on a 460 that'd be awesome...I got my evga gtx 460 1gb for $90 (after rebate and selling free software that came with it).. And that's brand new.

Do you raid mainly raid or you quest/5man etc? Because a full raid with AOE will taxe your PC a lot more at max setting then doing dailys... I personnaly coundn't raid at max setting not because of lag but because i couldnt see everything.... way too flashy and stuff....

but in 98% of the time anything higher then a 5770 will work

I would stick to a braded PSU, sonething like this would be enough and its like 20$ more expensive.

Amazon.com: Dynex DX-400WPS 400 Watt ATX PCIe SATA PC Power Supply: Electronics
I know corrisar is a great brand, but my friend is a cheapass and wants something that would work :/....so would the PSU I linked do the job?

Also I have decided to buy the EVGA GeForce GTX 460 SE. I just wanted to make sure it was compatible with my friends PC, he has the following ports:
PCI: 2 Slots
PCIe x1: 1 Slot
PCIe x16 (Graphics): 1 Slot

and the Graphics Card has the following:
PCI-E 2.0 16x

The PC specs dont say if its 2.0 or not so just making sure there is no compat issue.
