Website not showing

I don't know what happened but after I updated my system and loaded my programs and games I noticed that I can go to any other website but www.firstnational.com This is a bank website but it won't display at all on my netbook. I had this trouble before and I had to recover my system back to new and that did fix the problem but it happened again. Does anyone know what could cause this site to now show at all? This has happened on my Sony notebook as well but I did had to recover the system and reinstall all my programs again. I just hope that I don't have to do it again to make it work. Maybe someone here knows why that bank site isn't showing.

Thanks

What browser and plugins are you using? Some sites throw a blank page for unknown browsers.
Are you using a firewall or P2P blocking agents?
Can you ping www.firstnational.com? What IP does it resolve to when pinged?

Take a look at your "hosts" file and look for erroneous entries.

I only know I' am using Internet Explorer 9 and I have downloaded all of the Windows Updates from Microsoft and also downloaded all of the drivers for my netbook. I have google toolbar and Nortan toolbar on my browser and I have tried to see if I disable it it would work but it didn't work. Also I even tried using Google browser that came with my netbook and that browser still doesn't show the website. It shows everyother site but that one which is strange. I use cable internet from Qwest and I have my netbook and notebook wirelessly connected. All I know is that if I recover my system like new it will work but after I install my games and stuff this seems to happen.

Update: on the Sony notebook I was able to goto the site but now it won't again. I just tested it now but I can't go to that site anymore even I was able to before on same computer.

Try using TRACERT at the cmd line to see if there is a routing issue.

Seems like you can actually reach out and touch the server.
Try pressing Ctrl+F5 with www.firstnational.com in the address bar to force a fresh reload of the page. It is possible that ISP is caching the site as a blank page.

Well I did clean everything on the temp, history and cookies files and also I have reset the browser to like new so all the settings are back to default. But that didn't help.

I have tired to refresh the page but that didn't help.
