MSI GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II randomly started having issues.

I believe the problem started 3 days ago. I bought this card in May, and it has worked fine until now. I do not remember changing any settings related to my graphics card, or any big changes at all recently.

I just started playing League of Legends last week, and there hasn't been a patch since I started playing the game. However, the problem with my card became known to me when this started to happen:

Sometimes, it's less severe:

But I don't know why this randomly started happening. It also seems to have affected windows pop-ups (though I restarted after this started to happen and it seems to have fixed it):

It also seems to be affecting games other than LoL, as when I actually tried to play Fallout 3, I was able to walk around for a minute before it crashed due to a problem with the video card.

I tried fixing this by:
-Updating to the latest driver
-Rolling back
-Completely uninstalling the driver, then re-installing the one that came on disc with the card

Nothing seems to be working. Unless I accidentally set something wrong, I don't know why this started happening, unless it is a problem with some of my other hardware.

Any had this happen or know how to fix it? :|
