H80 tempatures high

Thread Starter
Hey guys, new to the forum here. I've been creepin around for a couple months but never posted so this is my first post .
I just replaced my thor's hammer and bought a corsair h80. I know these things aren't the greatest but I think the temperatures I am receiving are pretty terrible. I have a i7-920 overclocked to 3.6ghz and am hitting an idle 54c and full load 72c. The fans are set on medium and flowing air out of the case.

Is there anything I can do to help my temperatures go down because I don't think this is right... Thanks.

i recommend the Thermalright Chill Factor 3 paste it even beats the MX-4 paste, check the reviews on it. it gave me a least 5-10c temps drop from the Artic Silver 5 paste.
