SSD - raid 0 or sata 3

Thread Starter
Hi,
I'm in the process of building up my new rig
According to the windows calculation index, my score for hdd is the lowest, so I'm thinking of upgrading it
So, (due to limited budget) between finding an SSD that's compatible with Sata 3 or buy 2 cheap SSDs and raid 0 it, which one would you guys prefer and why?
Thanks

p/s I found that kingston 96gb (ideal for raid 0) is cheap but not compatible with sata 3, but for the other choices, it's just quite expensive

Single large SSD is the better way to go.

Use code LION2715 to make it somewhat affordable.

It's one of the fastest and most reliable SSDs out there. There's only one firmware update, and it's not for anything fatal. (unlike all the new Sandforce SSDs and even the Intel 320)

I couldn't have made a better recommendation myself.
