Help me with my dilemma

My dilemma is between ASUS N43SL and ASUS K43SV.

So basically, all specs are the same (the cpu and gpu) and I'm stuck with having to choose the more $144 model (because it has USB 3.0 and better? audio; I'm kind of an audiophile) vs. the cheaper model. I kind of like the design on N43SL too. Also, these are the discounted prices from the best shop here haha.

Here are the spec and pic.

Price: $822

ASUS K43SV

I would personally go with the 1st one - USB 3 is significantly faster if you have devices that support it, and the sound will be much better as well.

What will you be using this laptop for? Home, school or work?

work, id go with the cheaper one, I need to focus on work. having the extra tools keeps me distracted lol.

home/school USB 3 and a better sound card will always come in handy.

Home and school, sir. Then again, if I were to buy the more expensive, I'd have to convince my mom to increase the money! I hope so.
