Duh, the cost of giving food and computer hardware (that's all they really need) to hackers is incredibly small compared to big budget contracts.

Pfft. Red Baron pizza bread packages are all the more tastey. And still one-hand edible. OT, this is pretty incouraging. At least some branch of the government recognizes our need to beef up relations with hackers in our own country. We're gonna need better cyber defenses and home grown natural skill is what America does best. Know that I say that, for some reason I wanna think you could call us a petri dish with mutating gamma radiation.
