Alright then, so im dropping the Coolermaster PSU and going with the AX850 or maybe HX850 but probably not.
I'm leaning toward going with a OCZ Agility 3 120GB instead, still cheaper than the two 60gbs. Now people have pointed it out I don't know what i was thinking going with two 60gb haha

CoolerMaster Silent Pro Gold 800W
ASUS GeForce GTX 570 DirectCU II 1280MB
OCZ Agility 3 60GB SSD 2.5" x2 in RAID 0
Corsair CML16GX3M4A1600C9 16GB (4x4GB) Vengeance DDR3
Mobo Looks nice, I almost grabbed one of these myself. Instead I chose the Z68XP-UD3-iSSD for its on board SSD cache, and went with traditional Sata2 HDDs for primary storage. Using a 2500K in it will give you a very good return on your investment.

GFX I'm not really sure about the graphics card you chose, but only because of its brand. I've had problems with several Asus components before, and now prefer to avoid them. I'm sure many others here have used Asus with no problems though, and they offer great bang for your buck, so I'll leave that one open for debate.

RAM 16GB is more RAM than you're likely to need for a gaming rig, but my rig has the very same RAM package you're looking at, and imho it is great value for money. You won't save much by dropping down to 8GB, so you may as well stick with the 16GB. Each individual stick comes with its own slip too, so if you wanted to save some extra dollars, you could simply install two of them and sell the other two to someone else.

PSU As others have suggested, ditch the PSU. You should easily get away with using an 850 for 2x 570s in SLI, but if you plan to do any overclocking, and you don't want to push your PSU to its limit, you may want something stronger. Like others here, I'm also a fan of Corsair power supplies, and the HX1050 my rig has is so quiet I can barely hear it. I keep my ceiling fan on low, and it still drowns out all noise coming from my PC case, even when playing two modern games, a DVD, and compiling stuff in VS2010 all at once.

Cooling Since you're planning to overclock, I strongly recommend getting some liquid CPU cooling. My rig uses a Corsair Hydro H60, which wasn't my first preference, but it still offers very good cooling and is quite affordable. You may want to look into the H80 instead, but bear in mind that the radiator & twin fan setup of the H80 is a mammoth, and depending on the internal configuration of your case, it may not fit.

Storage If you stick with the UD7, I'd recommend getting yourself at least one HDD in addition to your chosen SSD. Use the SSD as the installation drive for your OS & frequently used programs, and use the spindle drive(s) for data storage. My own system uses a similar setup - Spindle drive0 + onboard SSD cache in RAID0 for OS and program installation, and Spindle drive1 for all my usual files. So far, it works pretty well.

Cost On matters of budget, the system in my sig cost AU$2318 (pick-up from a Sydney store last week & build myself), so you should be able to upgrade some of the components you initially chose and still remain under your budget.

Edit: Oh and btw, if you have trouble setting up SLI, you may want to go direct to the nVidia site for graphics drivers. Gigabyte's most recent graphics drivers didn't work with my graphics cards, possibly because they're new releases. I had to install drivers sourced directly from nVidia before I could enable SLI on my rig.

Thanks heaps for that, that's exactly what i was looking for as a reply.
Plan on doing my tax and building this as soon as the money comes through, if i can i'm going to try to save some cash as well giving m about 3000 but that will go on new monitors, mines about to crap itself.

I'm probably going to grab a 500gb-1tb WD black as well for my day to day stuff and then just use greens for bulk storage.
Im also looking to grab a sound card and get some new speakers, thinking the logitec Z-5500, any suggestions on a soundcard that would suit well with them? again i dont really want to go over the top
