Is there anything to watercool on the lga 1155 mobos?

I'm in the process of switching over from lga 775. I had my NB watercooled on the UD3P with an mcw30. Just curious if there's anything hot that needs active cooling on an lga 1155 mobo or if thats all a thing of the past now that I'm getting off lga 775? This is the mobo I went with:

You could water cool the VRMs, but that is about the only thing that gets hot on 1155 motherboards since they don't have a NB chip.

Yeah.
All you really would need to cool would be the VRM's.
On my s1156 board. P55 classified, I just have a little fan blowing on the VRM heatsink. Lowered the temps ~16C..!

lol nice. I got 4 fans over my mobo and one underneath it, lol. running on low, so they're silent

It's not needed imo w/o a nf200 1155 board. That aside, doesn't ek have an Asus 1155 L-block for that family of board?

If you have an nf200 chip, it may be worth it with tri SLI. Anything less really doesn't justify it I think.
