Well, for the price, go for AMD.
For nearly the same money you're getting a quad core, which has an unlocked multi.

On a budget always go AMD

It's a pretty solid build apart from one thing; swap out that HDD for this. It's a tiny bit more for the time being and it's double capacity.

To be honest, I'm not completely sure. It's some sort of buffer for the hard drive. To put it simply 32MB > 16MB for a hard drive.

That the hell, AMD CPU and Intel motherboard???

Also, This aint not budget build...

Mobo - Try Asus M5A88 , AM3+ compatible, you can save about £30 there. Then invest that in a X6 1055T

Then, choose a good PSU such as Corsair TX650.

What about CPU cooler? Something like Hyper 212 plus is good for the price.

Other than that, looks good.

For two HD6850s it should be.
Should be perfectly fine, even slight overkill.
Unless you want to add in different cards later, a quality 500-550W PSU should do it.
