CPU multiplier and FSB messed up - Page 3

Core temps are messed up because you unlocked it, thats normal. I think TMPIN0 is your CPU temp (the mobo sensor). The thing that worries me is the +10v on the +12v rail. Its possibly a false read though. HT Link should be 2000 always, so unless thats also a false read go check the HT Link multiplier in the bios - see if it isn't set to something like 4x. If its on auto try to force it to the right value.

I'm only able to set my HT Link to 1000MHz. Not more than that.

at stock 200 FSB you should set the HT Link multi to x10. Whats the max value you have? X5? Look up bios updates for your mobo, maybe its a bug.

I believe it is also Am2 based which means reduced HTT.

No such option in my BIOS. And it's the latest version. Very limited of option. But I don't mind cause at first I have no intention for OCing.

I think this is the reason I don't have much OCing option.

It's AM3 according to newegg:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130594 and from their website: http://my.msi.com/product/mb/NF725GM-P43.html BTW, should I flash my mobo regarding the earlier problem?

I think its the vrms.
A 3phase mobo is not gonna be able to supply the kind of power he needs.
thats why when he fires up a stress test it restarts.
Just like my asrock when I ran it over 1.55v it would just restart[on linx not prime95].
Buy yourself a mobo that has an 8+2 vrm set up and rock on man.
