Update: They finally responded to my latest RMA over a week after they received it. They are offering me $340 since they don't have a replacement. Apparently this is "market price". But the MSRP is higher. Do they really expect me to go get a used one, assuming I can find one? If they do, why don't they just buy the used one? Or better yet, let me find one and then they can reimburse the entire cost. I sent them an email asking when new stock is expected as well as where they got this market price from, but I'm expecting them to just ship me another POS. Next one will probably be missing the entire cooler.
