p67 newegg return question

Well I sent back my MSI p67 back to newegg for replacement yesterday and just realized that I forgot to include the backplate. I'm not sure it this is the right forum, but my question is for anybody that has made any RMA returns with newegg. Will not having that backplate with the returned mobo delay or cancel my replacement being sent out??
It sucks only having the netbook, I can only play minesweep or mahjong, real fun

You'll be fine they will resell it as an open box which is only guaranteed to get the motherboard. (but its nice to remember to include all the accessories for the person who buys it later) I bought an old open box ASUS 775 socket board from newegg and it was missing half of the stuff that would have been included in a new box.

Oh really, that sucks for the next guy. I thought for sure that newegg would just send it back to MSI for credit. Thats always how its been done at retail stores I've worked at...
