Reccomend PC Games For An "OK" Computer

Hi, before i start, i wanna say im sorry if i posted in the wrong section

i have a new computer, it has a core i3 2100, 4GB of RAM .etc, i dont have a graphics card (YET, Going to Get A GTX 460) can you reccommend any games that would be good on pc and run fairly well on this build? thanks

i love multiplayer and amazing stories.

so the game has to have amazing multiplayer or an amazing story

i enjoyed Assassins Creed Brotherhood
GTA IV
Fable 2
I dont Mind FPS's

You should be more specific with what types of games you like.

If you throw a 460 into your rig, you should be able to run any game. Most games should run smoothly and the more demanding ones you'd probably have to turn down the settings a bit.

You should also list what kinds of games you really enjoyed in the past.

I'm going to blindly recommend these: Portal 2, Witcher 2, Dead Space series, Bioshock series...

With no discreet graphics card, only an integrated GPU, you're not going to be able to play much of anything TBH. Certainly not any of the games you've listed there are going to run decently without an actual graphics card. You'll have to have settings so low it'll look like you're playing on a PS1.

2D games should run okay, like World of Goo or Braid, but 3d games? You're going to have to run older stuff, at low gfx settings, to get remotely decent FPS.

IGP's are just not adequate for 3d gaming I'm afraid. That will all change when you get your 460 in there though

And please don't bump after only one hour. We have a 24-hour bump rule in place on OCN.
