380W Enough for Phenom II x4 965 and HD 6850?

I will be buying the Antec Earthwatts 380W PSU for a build and I need to be absolutely sure that it will work with a Phenom II x4 965 and HD 6850. Both will not be OC'd at all.

I will also a couple of case fans.

Would this be okay?

Actually im not sure it will work, but on heavy load might cause problems.. Not at first, but if the capacitor's start to age then there will be problems.

Just to be safe spend the extra 10-15 bucks for the 450watt.

I might be wrong, sense these guys say it will work.

yes, i think without overclock it would be ok but you should not take risk, i think you should consider 450watt psu for that build
