Which one is the real temprature?

the bottom one

black one is the chip temp. and the red one is the independent core temp. both are different because both have been tested by different sensors which are locate at different positions on the chip

By a chip temp you mean processor as a whole?

and why is it so hot?

No. Black one is not the chip temp, it's the socket temperature. Thuban core temperature sensors are off by 7C-15C, so you have to look at the Socket temperature.

Currently Running at 3750 ghz. With 1.32 volts.

and the cpu temprature is 55 C with max load. Is that too hot?

If its not what tempratures should I be worried about?

is this too high?

the vcore is now 1.309 volts.

and 3.6ghz
