Thread Starter
I am having trouble with my, new rig it keeps restarting. It worked great for two days.

C1E, Cool and Quiet, SVM Disabled and core 2-4.

My PSU is sec hand. can't run prime or IBT for more then 5 mins, even firefox restarts the system.
Temps are good 40 C loaded MAX. MEMTest+ past. Freezes in bios every now and then. Restarts every 5-10mins now, it just keeps getting worse.

Try putting ram to 1333mhz, or take out a stick if you have multiple and test using MemTest.

The 3.96GB usable?
Look for a memory remap setting in your BIOS

Do you have Windows 7 32 Bit installed? You need 64Bit to use over 3.96GB.

What the just looked again you do.

Found the problem, one stick of memory is interment, or the DIMM slots are bad. (still testing to see which it is.)

Well my testing is done somewhat, I don't know for sure it's the RAM, I have problems with one stick in particular in any slot, HOWEVER the "good" stick can't be put in slot B2, but in A1, B2, A2 it works no problem. (MOBO doesn't post, the CH-V DIMM LED lights up.)

I will wait for my new kit before logging a RMA request.

Ah, the joy's of new parts.....not.
