560ti - physX and folding, better at normal resolutions, generally smaller

6850/6870 - better at higher multi-display resolutions

Its dependent on what you want to achieve with your graphics card
I'll just be doing gaming on a single monitor so I want whatever will be best graphics for my games

Get the 1GB 6950 or a 560 Ti, they trade blows depending on the game. 2GB would only give you a performance boost if you are running multi monitor setups.

No problem,

That should give you an idea of what I mean about trade blows. Either way thy're both great cards, just don't pay more than $20 more for the 560 Ti unless it has a non reference cooler.
