I've had this too, but it always fixes itself after pressing yes. So what happens if you try and re-install, does it remove it and install successfully?

I have had a similar problem. Clicking yes should fix the problem but if it does not, then you may have to have a look at the file itself.
It should be located in C:\Users\"YourUserName"\Lucidlogix\lucidloader.ini . Open it with notepad & check for errors in the file.
General structure of lucidloader.ini file is below starting at [driver]. [Program-1-In-Alphabetical-Order.exe] should be the names of the game/application executable.
The switchs are 0 = INACTIVE, 1 = ACTIVE, D = DISCRETE GRAPHICS, I = INTEGRATED GRAPHICS.

[driver]
[general]
LUCID_ACTIVE = 1
CRASH_HANDLER_ACTIVE = 1
[Program-1-In-Alphabetical-Order.exe]
ACTIVE = 1
RENDER_ON_GPU = D
[Program-2-In-Alphabetical-Order.exe]
ACTIVE = 0
RENDER_ON_GPU = I

If this fails to help then an update if available should fix it.
Good luck!
