My geforce twin 560 ti gtx fan messing up?

I have SLI geforce twin frozr gtx 560 ti and it's been two months since I built my new rig.

Just yesterday I turned on my PC and was hearing the buzz / humming sound coming from my computer so I looked inside and it was one of the fans on my video card. The fan would try and spin and while it spun for 6 seconds it would make the buzzing / humming sound and then stop spinning and then try to spin again while making the same sound, it would do that until I turned off my pc.
So I took it out, got my can of air and blew whatever dust that was in there put in back into my computer turned it on again it worked fine but was a little louder than the others after about 10 min it would starting happening again the buzzing / humming while it tried to spin.

I have 850w psu so its getting enough power, nothing is overclocked and I blew all of dust out with a can of air what should I do now? I'm just running everything on my other card until I figure out what to do.

Maybe the fan bearings could be messed up. Is it still under warranty? If it is, then it's probably best to send it back, but if it isn't you could try removing the fan and lubricate it. How old is the card?

Could be the bearings, but I really don't see a reason since the card is not too old... Since it's under warranty you should probably try sending it back. Any other suggestions anyone?
