Not sure which ones will fit. Been a long time since I modded that case.
Just remove that duct on the side panel first though.
Ouch, that is probably why Amanos bad temperatures. Get a new case.

and as for the TIM and dust thing , this card has less than 3 months and it already had those temperatures on the first days
Interesting. With that case I'd say the card isn't getting much air. My Antec 300 has one fan which blew directly into the cooler across the drive bay. One 120mm exhaust fan means you're running with hot air in the case all the time. A new case would probably benefit everything. What are your CPU temps? O.o

my case may be horrible but i don't think that justifies the high 65 degrees on idle instead of something around 40 degrees ,
and for my CPU it's around 35~45 degrees

It mostly definitely can, your CPU has a TDP of 65w. That why it's idle temperatures are significantly lower than the 5870.

i tried uninstalling my card from my computer and let windows find driver for it , that unexpectedly worked...but as soon as i tried reinstalling the amd drivers with catalyst and all it crashed back.
that doesn't help for the heat but gives a hint for the crashes, anyone has an idea ?
