U2410

U2412 is lowbudget. They have simply made a cheap version of U2410 which means lower quality.

Did you even bother to do research before posting that, or are you just that ignorant?

U2410 for quality (only thing it's missing is the LED backlighting and less AG coating), U2412M for near U2410 quality and less money. I would say U2412M as you probably won't be able to see an extremely large difference.

Do you think I will see much difference in video quality with the 10 bit Asus or the two dells are their respective 8 or 6 bit?

keep in mind for 10 bit you have to have a graphics card that supports it (i thinking only the quadros and amds equivelent do) and i think only DP supports 10bit

the u2711 and u3011 are 10bit

absolutly no.
windows can be displayed only 8bit for channel, u cant see the difference, if u use for desktop, u must look the srgb cover and u2412m is similar to u2410.

10 or 12bit of colors is only for special graphics applications.
