I still need to create my sig once I get the rig built, but I attached a screeny of the rig I am moments from pulling the trigger on.

I feel it's a great aming rig, myself, and I'm extremely excited about my first SSD!!

One question if I may, Munaim1. If you look at my purchase list, the only component purchased outside of amazon is my Mushkin Blacklines 996998 as it is a whopping $100 less than any other seller I could find. This is major savings!

My concern is that the price is too good to be true at $102.65 and I've never heard of "the ram experts". Concerned they may be re-selling used/returned ram calling it "new". Does the ram look like a safe buy? Thanks so much, guys.

P.S. I'm getting the core i3 instead of the i5/i7 because I'm waiting for Ivy Bridge proc. I just hope Ivy Bridgeends up truly being compatible with Z68 boards.

Could you provide a link to the actual mushkins please.

I believe these are the ones you're talking about: Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model 996988

Hi Munaim! Thanks so much. Oddly, the actual link keeps bringing up the wrong product, so I took a screen shot of the ram I'm purchasing. It's sold buy "Ram Experts".

If the ones you listed on NewEgg are the same thing I'll just buy from NewEgg. $54 is an amazing price.

that's strange because the newegg link is the same one as the pic, not sure why and how 'ramExperts' are selling that for twice the amount , the retail value of the CL9 8GB fall's usually around $50 mark, sometimes even lower when special deals come through.

Certainly don't live by their name lol
