The issue i'm having is picking a 2nd 6950 for my Storm Scout build. As most of you who have seen/used a storm scout know its not very large...

the recommended length for a video card is 10.5 inches while the MAXIMUM is 10.6 inches. i've had someone confirm that the TF3 can fit in the first slot but not the 2nd...(reason i want the tf3 is because i spend most of my time in a dorm and the tf3 is quiet and cool)

i've checked literally every manufacturer of the 6950 and only 3 cards can fit into the 2nd slot in the storm scout:
XFX 695X - http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/G...0Standard.aspx
Sapphire Dirt 3 edition - http://www.sapphiretech.com/presenta...n=&lid=1&leg=0
Sapphire non-ref - http://www.sapphiretech.com/presenta...n=&lid=1&leg=0

my question is which one is the best; in terms of heat and noise levels..
