It also depends at what resolution you game at? And I think you will need a new power supply if you want a new GPU.

Id recommend a GTX 460 1GB or a GTX 560.

1080p on a budget I would say either a 460GTX or a 5770.

560TI would give you headroom for a better cpu.

If you want one to match your cpu right now, a gtx 460 would be the best bet, and a cheap one at that.

not really if you can crank it up to about 3.4ghz or more... even at stock 3.2 on my cpu it can make good use of the card
