I'm sorry but respectfully, a gtx 580 is a complete waste of money if you're on any kind of budget and especially if the most graphically intense game you're playing is WOW.

Frankly I think the 6950 is a better option (vs the 560 that is), especially if you can find one that can unlock

You have a 6870 would that be a good enough card to run wow and it seems that that card is at a better price point.

I would also like to go ssd for wow and the boot drive if it would fit in the budget.

As for a PSU a quality 850W unit (like the AX850 I have in my system) will "future proof" you to some extent (at least in terms of getting another GTX 580). The motherboard, the P8P67 Pro seems to be the most solid of the P8P67 series (from what I've read at least...but just to let you know my experiences with the board have been nothing but great!), so I would recommend that. For the rest...

Hard Drive: OCZ Vertex 3 Max IOPS 120GB, 2x RAID0 Samsung F3 1TB, 1x WD Caviar Green 2TB (the SSD for OS and core programs, F3s for your games and dumping your videos, and Caviar Green for backup and other files, etc.)
Sound Card: Onboard (or depending on your needs, something else)
Case: Personal Preference
CPU cooling: Corsair H100 (or custom WC)
Monitor: Personal Preference
A 5770 overclocked can handle that fPS on wow and still have some left over

LOL yeah I guess I kind of missed the point about only playing WOW. My bad...anyhow, yes a 6870 will dominate WOW quite easily. It's a great card too! I would totally recommend getting it.
