Personally, I wouldn't trust one of those pre-made closed loop water cooling systems. Not much can go wrong with a high-end air cooler. You could get a CHEAP Hyper 212+ vs. the 620, or get the more expensive NH-U12P or NH-D14 (<- MONSTER) vs. the 920. If you wanted some true water cooling, you could get either the XSPC RS240 or RX240 kits. Just some food for thought!
The closed loop water cooling systems are actually pretty damn good at keeping things cool. No leaks in mine at all and gets me to 4.8 on my chip that is power hungry
