I had the exactly same, turn up your voltage by 10mV? that worked for me
now i'm playing Crysis totally maxed out 1080p on TF3 570 PE/OC with 45FPS

With that resolution, I'd figure your FPS would be much higher. As I get around your FPS or more at 1080p.
