Because everyone and their mother on OCN bought one thinking "what the hell, its only $7"

Item moves very rapidly, bump price up a bit

Hmm.... How are those side grips? They look like they might do a rather good job

Ok, so an update on my mouse. I'used it for about a week as my primary mouse (my g700 met an untimely end via the neighbor's dog... long story) and I actually kind of liked it. I say "liked" because it broke today, after a week of use. Before I go any further, here are the enotus mouse test results:

Enotus Mouse Test v0.1.4
Mouse: @msmouse.inf,%hid.mousedevice%;HID-compliant mouse
Model: n/a
Resolution: 1400 dpi \good\
Polling speed: 125 Hz
Max speed: 1.27 m/s (69954 points/s) \good\
Precision: 99.3 % (0.24 m/s) \excellent\
Smoothness: 20.7 % \bad\
Debug data: [('441', '8.00'), ('558', '8.01'), ('492', '7.96'), ('611', '8.00'), ('531', '8.01'), ('682', '7.98'), ('566', '8.01'), ('645', '7.91'), ('511', '8.11'), ('559', '8.00')]

The other DPI setting was 800 dpi.

Anyway, I was hot in the middle of playing the BF3 beta when I yanked on the mouse a little to get some cord slack up from behind my desk, and to my dismay, the cord stayed in place but the mouse went in the direction I pulled it, i.e. separated from the mouse. So, I decided to take it apart and check out what was happening under the polystyrene hood (taken with a crappy dumb-phone camera, but I think they should be somewhat clear):

I know absolutely nothing about mice internals, so those are just for anyone who is curious/mouse tech literate. While I'm at it, does anyone know exactly how I would wire (has like 6 or 7 color coded wired in the sleeving) the cord back into the chip, if at all possible? I'm now down to the CM spawn as my only mouse, but I have a DA and g400 coming tomorrow to choose from as a primary, so this could've happened at a worse time. What a magical $7 carpet-ride!

I'm going to try to figure out what kind of sensor it uses (everything is in Chinese but the brand name says Eplon with 3 dragon heads identical to what you see in the video) and maybe post some internal pics later.

Awesome, so you buy it and suffer from epilepsy till the rest of your life.

So I got my real deathadder today (Black edition) and I can say that the dimensions of the knockoff and the real are different. The DA is a bit longer and wider, which actually fits my hand even better. Don't even think about buying the fake one, it's junk.
