For games like diablo 2, you should always buy the hardcopy and memorize the cdkey like it was your home phone number.

Sadly I still know my original Diablo 2 cdkey... and my LOD key, I still have the cd's and the keys as well... But someone has already activated them, and upon contacting blizzard they said unless I can provide proof of purchase via a legitimate retailer that I would need to repurchase keys... 11 year old reciept my ass, and on top of that I got this game when I was 11 I had to babysit for like 3 months man, I didn't keep a damn receipt.

I avoid PayPal always, it's really sad that even with proof of an exchange they still will refund the buyer because "man credit info stolenz help mi".

Sorry to see you had to deal with this, and deal with reading all these posts (seriously lawl). I guess people don't care about others losing money.

Like I stated earlier if I help 1 person avoid this, than it was worth my time and money. I know I won't see my money again, or diablo 2 keys for that matter, guess I am just kinda trying to take a negative turn it to a positive and pay it forward... I appreciate your positive feedback, I wasn't expecting so much hostility.

Sounds rather unprofessional and desperate. Do you know how many people threaten with legal proceedings at work and then never ever follow through
Not to mention the end costs of this kind of transaction anyhow. Seriously, you're not going to get anything out of this. It'll cost you more to get Legal issues involved. Unless you can prove they broke a core rule and fine them like a quarter of a million, you'll be around 3K in debt by the end of this. Lawyers aren't cheap.

Blizzard's site got problem. We can't register any cdkey at this time either.

You are able to read this following page to learn how to use the 16
codes key works on battle.net:

Then I would like a refund and I will repurchase at a later time.
They openly admit that the keys don't work with blizzard, their site states:
Quote:
MMO1ST affiliation with a software distributor has allowed us to provide 100% Legit, Unmuted, Unused CD Keys for the low price
Is this not illegal?

Well, I was leaning more to the fact that I don't trust websites that sell services through PayPal. I should have have been more elaborate. But regardless, I still don't trust PayPal one bit and refuse to use it, I think it is a horrible idea.

It's not neccesarily, Paypal not caring about the transaction not playing out.
The point is, he received the products through mail, with digital keys it's simply not possible to demand a refund when you have those keys in your possession, not company, Paypal or otherwise is going to give you a refund for a digital key.
